Melissa has a musical background and started out studying Voice under Sue Breen Clark at Monash University. She then transferred into Performing Arts to undertake more acting and to study theatre. While at Monash she performed in a range of Theatre and Music Theatre productions most notably The White Rose which premiered in Melbourne and then toured to Singapore.

She has spent the last couple of years training with John Orcsik at TAFTA completing various courses including Emotions, Elements of Screen Performance, and Screentest Audition workshops. 

In film and television she recently played a U.S.  Female Marine in The Pacific and has also gained work in TVC’s and Short films. She has extended into working as a Voice Over Artist and recently has completed promotional material for an Audio Production company.

When not pursuing Acting Melissa is teaching her other passion;  Music.  She teaches Classroom Music and flute to Primary School students.
