New SBS series starring two of our actors!!

A new SBS comedy series is due to premier in June this year starring two of our actors: Meda Royall and Ellis Ebell. The series evolves around Melbourne's Northern suburbs multi-cultural environment and is very promising. They already received funding to develop stories for a second season so please tune is and watch the show!!

Emily Taylor released her first album with her band "Plastic Palace Alice"

The debut single from "Plastic Palace Alice" ("Empire Falls"), was released to radio a few weeks ago and is receiving frequent, nation-wide airplay, on Triple J, RRR and PBS. They are also appearing on the Triple J "Unearthed" website, with a feature interview and top spot on the jukebox.

After a short tour up the east coast over Easter promoting "Empire Falls", They are officially launching the single in Melbourne on April 20th.

The mixing of their album "The Great Depression" is expected to be finished in the next few weeks, with a release date later this year.

Some comments about the single have been: "Bowie-like vocals atop an Arcade Fire celebration...is it a match made in heaven? Yup." (Zan Rowe - Triple J Morning Show Presenter)

Best Actor Award for Ellis Ebell

Yesterday, Radio 3CR "Curtain Up" program which covers professional & non professional theatre across Melbourne awarded Ellis best production for "The Glass Menagerie" and best actor for the role of 'Stephen' in "Dealer's Choice.
